CELEI Regenerative Education in Granada, Spain, is a leader in International Education, with more than 35 years of experience in designing and implementing Study Abroad programs with partners such as World Learning, Lesley University or Berkeley Carrol School.

Antonio Gutiérrez

He holds a 5-year Degree in Biology, Granada University, Spain. Academic international internships or temporal work in Mount Sinai Hospital, NY (USA); Enviromental Laboratory in the University of Puerto Rico; AmaZOOnico, Ecuador; Scone Equine Hospital, Australia or Natura 2000, Cape Verde. 

During the last 10 years, he has perform in many fields at Celei Regenerative Education: Program Coordinator and socio-cultural educator for World Learning’s programs, Berkeley Carrol exchange NY, USA and several intenational schools India. Coordinator and Leader for Faculty-led short programs for Lesley and Bridgewater Universities; He has carried out several Government funded Marketing Agendas in India and USA and participated in the design and implementation of K1 and K2 ERASMUS programs. At the moment he is the Head of the school and responsible for international relations.

Antonio is a lifelong learner. He has extensive intercultural training and has traveled and developped connections in África, America, Europe and South East Asia. He firmly believes in Experiential Learning for a more conscious education.

Martin Goldburd

(Operations Manager)

Martin is our operations manager, responsible for coordinating the different departments and ensuring that both students and professionals have everything they need.

His professional career is linked to team management for more than 20 years in different professional sectors such as Persons Development, Retail and Large Distribution.

His main motivation is to grow his teams and offer the best experience for students enrolling our Programs and Courses.

He promotes projects to support local communities, offering scholarships and growth opportunities to the most disadvantaged.

Arturo Tapia

Arturo Tapia is an art historian and non-formal educator in the fields of art and culture in the area of International Education. He has a master’s degree in Cultural Tourism Management and Local Development, as well as extensive experience. He is a very proactive person who has worked, among others, as a teacher trainer, event organizer, urban gymkhanas designer, production technician at performing arts festivals, etc.

During his university training Arturo has participated in summer programs as a physical-education and cultural leader, with groups of pre-university American exchange students; and during the rest of the year, with children and university students carrying out cultural immersion programs in the city of Granada and in various monuments throught Andalusia.

Arturo has participated in volunteer projects for didactic routes of heritage sustainability. He was a part of an innovative archeological research project in Ireland. 

Currently active as a non-formal educator and, through very proactive and dynamic methodologies, he works with diverse groups in developing educational projects for schoolchildren and adults of the local environment through social and regenerative associations.

Arturo collaborates with the Department of Didactics of Social Sciences of the University of Granada and is in constant training in didactics, management, coaching, etc. via attending of congresses, seminars, educational days and volunteers.

Degree in environmental sciences and Ornithology.

He has worked in the Parque de las Ciencias of Granada in wildlife and vivarium management, giving informative workshops to the public such as flight exhibitions of birds of prey.

He has been coordinator of environmental education at the Sierra Nevada Ornithological Station, where he still collaborates.

Great teaching experience in training courses: both in ornithology courses taught at the University of Granada, as well as in concrete training projects taught in Guatemala. Writer and passionate about nature in all its aspects.

Mi nombre es Antonio Oliver León.

Nací en Granada el 1/11/1965 pero mi vida académica la realicé en Málaga donde me licencié en Historia y realicé un Máster de profesorado de secundaria por la UMA (Universidad de Málaga) momento en el que inicié mi carrera como arqueólogo.

Después de excavar en tres continentes (África, Asia y Europa) continúo realizando mi actividad en el corazón del reino nazarí de Granada.
