WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION POLICY
CELEI makes firm commitments to local service providers on behalf of participants well in advance of program starting dates. Therefore, cancellation fees are required in the event of any withdrawal by the applicant for any reason, including health-related reasons or lack of medical clearance.
Cancelation must be in writing and signed by the Participant and the Participant’s parent/guardian, if the Participant is under 18 years of age. Withdrawal refunds will be made subject to the cancellation fee schedule below. In all cases 300€ enrollment deposit are non-refundable:
2 months prior to beginning of the program: No Penalty except enrollment fee.
1 month prior to beginning of the program: 50% of total program cost.
Less than 2 weeks prior to beginning of the program: 80% of total program cost.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND USABILITY ANALYSIS FOR SERVICE IMPROVEMENT
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by the law of Spain. Both the professional responsible for the website and the user agree on the jurisdiction of the courts of Granada (Spain) for any disputes that may arise in connection with the access or use of this website, expressly waiving any other laws and jurisdictions that may apply.
