Entrepreneurship For Sustainable Leaders
We have developed an entrepreneurship program so students can acquire experience developing a social or business project, keeping in mind real examples and perspectives to understand some of the entrepreneurs’ challenges and opportunities at a global scale.
The program aims to develop soft skills, abilities, and knowledge in the exciting world of entrepreneurship. From service leadership to open communication, incorporating the right notions and mindset about entrepreneurship is a differentiating element in a person’s vital curriculum. Whether you want to start your own project or work in third-party companies, a 21st-century entrepreneurial mindset is synonymous with a global vision of challenges, agile process management, adaptation to change, inclusive and conscious leadership, and a commitment to your team and the environment.
#Our Academic Approach
We believe that experiential learning is the best way to consistently incorporate new knowledge, skills and attitudes. The online sessions prior to the local on-site immersion will allow students and teachers to get to know each other and clearly define the expectations and roles of each participant. The main objective of this program is to accompany students in the process of personal and professional growth as socially and environmentally conscious sustainable entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship For Sustainable Leaders. Our Program
Our entrepreneurship program takes place for 4 weeks, with the following schedule:
1- Week Online Orientation: Live Online Sessions With Our Staff
These online sessions will allow students to focus on the program and acquire the necessary bases for the optimal use of the two on-site weeks in Granada. Students will be encouraged to think about social or business projects that they want to develop during their stay in Granada.

2- Weeks On Site
During your stay in Granada, students will learn the fundamentals of how a company works with its different departments; what are the challenges for an entrepreneur in the social and market realities of the 21st century; and how to be leaders or followers under a sustainable and inclusive work ethic. All seminars will combine theory with practice, allowing students to understand what the keys are and apply them to their own project.

1- Week Practicum
The orientation week and the two weeks on-site in Granada will allow you to give shape to your project idea.
During the practicum week, students will complete their final project.
These group projects can, with proper validation, become viable social and business projects.
Counseling Tutors
In the process of the practicum we include counseling sessions with our professionals teaching this program.
For 4 consecutive weeks, there will be sessions of 5 hours each in which we will solve doubts and provide the necessary help to our students.
